✨ Many buyers are still hopefully waiting for the real estate prices to bottom out. Only to learn that they already bottomed out last year. We have been on a rapid rise in competition and prices due to extremely low inventory.
🤬 When homes are getting 40 offers again and selling for 25% over list, that is only wishful thinking.
