Election anxiety is real and  stalling the housing market 

Market paralysis has gripped real estate as election jitters have taken hold. During open houses, I'm noticing a clear trend – especially with buyers who seem frozen by the political uncertainty hanging in the air.

Fortunately, this is a short-term phenomenon. With election day on the horizon, we'll soon see a return to more normal market conditions - free of this anxiety - as people regain the confidence to make major life decisions and live their lives.
