Lots of buzz on the local news last week due to 9 condos selling for $32K at a foreclosure auction sale.
Now it seems that auction went forward, when there was a retraining order to prevent it from happening. It made the local news because the sale prices were so low, but obviously there was a problem with the auction moving forward when there was a restraining order to stop it.
When something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
So who do you think is more at fault here?
