This is exactly why consumers say we get paid too much and don’t provide any value in the transaction. I would whole-heartedly agree in this situation.
If your marketing plan for a listing is to take mobile phone photographs and nothing else, then publish said photos as your full digital marketing plan and pray for offers. You need to stop taking listings and take some classes about marketing.
If you are not getting support from your brokerage, move to anther one who will teach you better marketing. Attach yourself to a mentor. Do something different.
Your approach harms everyone involved. The clients, you, your brokerage and the real estate industry as a whole. In our market, your campaign is at the bottom 5% of efficacy. That rings true because it is still sitting there with no activity.
