It seems to be spreading…..
As I mentioned the other day, we are feeling a change here in Silicon Valley as we see more buyer activity than we have seen since the market shifted in early summer of last year.
But we are not the only ones feeling that change. Tech-heavy Seattle area is also apparently going through a similar buyer uptick. With the rates dropping a full point in the last couple of months, the buyers are coming back into the market.
I just had a listing get multiple offers and taken off market in 7 days. And I am hearing similar stories from other agents.
