Foreclosure Deals in 2022!
It seems everyone wants to relive the market in 2010 - 2012 when they saw or heard that buyers made killings on home purchase deals because of short sales and other forms of foreclosures. Ah the good ole days….. 🤑
The market today is different. Buyers who bought in the past 10 years have enough equity in their homes that foreclosure is not something they have to deal with. They can take out HELOC (equity loans) or somehow deal with their situation without the bank taking their homes.
If you are a buyer right now, deal with the current market. Don’t wait for the unicorn that may never come. Sellers are willing to deal and negotiate. Work on those rather than sitting on the sideline while deals happen in front of you and you keep missing out.
