Oct. 2017 Santa Clara County Market Conditions - Single Family Homes
The low inventory dilema continues to plague Silicon Valley for the month ending September 2017, setting the record for the second lowest month (August 2017 was top) of the year. The inventory inched very slightly and most of the other conditions remain fairly consistent compared to August. Therefore, the condition in the marketplace remain steady, but the prices have increased just slightly as well.
