Who knew that in the background of a drought that has gone on for nearly a decade, we would be hit with a 100 year flood?
It was quite obvious that the City of San Jose was not ready for such a catastrophe and people were not informed with sufficient information in a timely manner. The City is trying its best to remedy the situation.
